Changelog

Everything below reached production and is dated to the day it did. Nothing is rounded up and nothing is listed twice under two names.

  1. The shift, on one screen

The worker screen now holds a whole shift in one place, from the first entry to the finished report. It keeps working when the phone loses signal, and what was recorded offline is sent as soon as the signal comes back.

  2. Rebuilt coordinator screens

Participants, goals and reports were rebuilt around the question a coordinator actually asks, which is what happened and who recorded it. Every screen now says what it is showing before it shows it.

  3. Shifts nobody is rostered to yet

A shift can be put up with no worker on it. Anyone who can see it may pick it up, and the first person to claim it holds it. A coordinator or administrator who also works shifts moves between the two sides on one account, with no second login and no second identity against the notes they write.

  4. A second step for administrator sign-in

Accounts that can reach across organisations now have to pass a second check at sign-in. It is required rather than offered.

  5. Move between your roles without signing out

Someone who holds more than one role can switch between them from inside the app. Signing out and back in is no longer the way to change hats.

  6. More of the shift reaches the report

Requests and what was agreed, time spent waiting, and what other people did now carry through to the finished report instead of being dropped on the way.

  7. Copy the whole report in one button

One button puts the finished report on the clipboard as plain text, with the original timestamped entries underneath, ready to paste into the system a provider already uses.
