Pricing
We are setting pricing with our first providers. Rather than post a number we would have to change in a month, here is what we already know, and what we are still working out with the people using it.
What it will be charged on
- Per support worker, per month.
- The workers are who the app is for, so they are what it counts.
- Never per participant.
- Charging by participant would put a price on writing evidence for someone, and that is the wrong incentive to build into a product like this.
- Coordinators and admins included.
- The evidence is only worth anything if the person reviewing it is in the room.
What we are still working out
- The number itself, and whether a small provider pays the same rate per worker as a large one.
- Whether there is a floor for very small teams, the way most of this category does it.
- What the first few providers pay while they are helping shape it.

Providers who come in now help decide what this costs and what it does next. A walkthrough will tell you quickly whether it fits how your team already writes notes.
No card, no trial clock, nothing to install. The demo runs on made-up examples and never touches your own records.
Two things worth saying plainly
This does not replace your practice-management system.
It writes and evidences the notes. Rostering, claims and invoicing stay where they are, and the report copies straight into them.
We are early, and we say so.
No formal certification, no independent penetration test, and no restore drill run end to end yet. We would rather you heard that from us than found it out later.
